Yoga
The ancient practice of Yoga offers immense healing and wellness for modern people. I teach yoga as a philosophy as it is so much more than physical practice. As we work towards quieting the mind, connecting with our bodies, listening and surrendering to sensation, allowing breath and life force energy to flow through our vessels, releasing trauma and emotions that have been stuck within us, and restoring balance and harmony, we immediately see yoga as a metaphor for all of life "off the mat."
I offer Vinyasa Yoga & Yin Yoga philosophies and practices for children and adults of all ages.
In addition to safely-distanced small group formats, I offer individualized private yoga sessions.
Yoga and other movement modalities are also integrated into my personal growth coaching sessions.
Meditation
Meditation is an ancient practice of directing attention and awareness, and cultivating compassion for the self and the world.
I offer practical ways for modern adults and children to access the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices that allow for a deeper connection with intuition, and an opportunity to explore the inner landscape. In doing so, we can achieve inner peace, and a calm abiding stance in the midst of life's challenges.
