Reiki is Universal Life Force energy, or the energy that connects all living beings. A Reiki healing session focuses that energy to restore balance within the system.
Shamanism is an ancient system of healing, personal development, self-discovery, and spiritual introspection. Through guided journeys, you are able to access hidden parts of yourself, gain insights into your emotional and physical life, discover your connection with all around you, and clarify your direction and purpose in this life.
Both Reiki and Shamanism are powerful healing modalities in and of themselves, and combined, their force is even more amplified to offer you even greater healing that restores balance within your system.
Shamanic Reiki is a natural, safe, non-medicinal calming and balancing holistic
healing technique. Using light touch, or non-touch approaches, I will channel energy into the to activate your natural healing processes to restore physical and emotional well-being.
Some people practice, or receive Reiki to strengthen their wellness; others use it to help cope with symptoms, such as physical or emotional pain; to improve overall health and wellness; to restore and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit; and to support their medical care, even in the case of chronic illness. At our center, we use Shamanic Reiki as a part of our approach to mind-body-spirit wellness for children, adolescents, adults, and adults. Some clients come in specifically for Shamanic Reiki sessions only. Others have Shamanic Reiki and other Shamanic practices incorporated into their coaching sessions. Others do not elect to receive Reiki at all.
I might make use of native drumming, rattles, or flutes; healing crystals and stones, flowers or other items gifted from Mother Earth. Sessions sometimes take place outside in nature.
